Please dont attend to this office if you need to do an investment or to request additional assistance. We made an appointment a week ago for last October 28,2023. Sussie Martnez reschedule us since she had a busy schedule and the office offered only two investor to assist people. We arrived earlier and after 20 min I found this woman taking with clients and employees. She even told usI will be shortly with you guys . We were about to leave but when we got the meeting her lack of professionalism was disappointed. She did not provide us any brochure. Everything was on text and same info we could search alone online. We expect much more than what in reality show to us.

Incredibly useless. Despite three attempts to open an account and get a credit card, Chase is unable to accommodate a wealthy person who is not from the USA. Sad, small minded people that do not understand more than 80% of the world do not have a SSN. Even the "manager" behaved like a four year old that has never left her zip code.

The bank teller Amanda doesnt have any customer service experience what so ever. Went this morning to turn in $11 worth of dollar coins and quarters and she didnt want to give me dollars. Instead told me to save more quarters and come back with it coined roll wrapped. WHAT NO! Ive been banking with Chase for decades and Im now reconsidering! She was rude and no help! Isnt that your job to help us as customers! So dissappointted.

The ATM has a lot of graffiti scraped into it. I really think they should get that covered up since it does say bad words as well.
