        The manager of this branch should be demoted. She allows customers to wait and wait in line while she uses the copy machine. She does not acknowledge the waiting customers but pointedly ignores them! Today I waited for 20 minutes & finally left without service. I HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE THE LAST TIME I VISITED THIS BRANCH. Another employee tried to help, offered us water & thanked us for our patience. I told him that they needed a manager & he pointed to the woman at the copying machine. Such customer insensitivity needs to be investigated & corrected. Whoever does the hiring needs to observe this manager & see first-hand how she is wrecking the Citibank image.

        Horrible customer service.  Branch almost never answers the phone.   No follow thru.  Opened and closed my account.  Bank does NOT offer many services like other banks; i. e.  Cannot transfer money online to another bank
