Hertz Car Rental - Newport Beach - Jamboree Road

This location has recently been taken back and is operating directly by Hertz. Great friendly staff. I dealt with John, and he definitely went the extra mile to ensure as good experience as possible despite some hiccups. Highly recommend this place. Also, if you are a guest at Hyatt, you get a free self parking.

I recently rented a car from here to take one-way to a distant destination. I reserved a mid-sized run-of-the-mill car. When I showed up there was no wait, and the person at the counter (Im sorry to say I forgot his name) was very nice. He said he had a brand new mustang convertible that I could have for the same price as my cheap reservation if I wanted. How could I say no?! The car was loaded with extras including apple car-play, which mirrors your iPhone onto the dashboard screen and integrates a voice command. A super plus for me. I easily listened to YouTube documentaries from my playlist all the way on my trip. The car was very clean and the get-up-and go allowed me to pass trucks safely with ease. No drop off fee was a huge plus. I would definitely use this Hertz location again.
