      image This location got simply horrible customer service, I went this location to pick up vehicles . I do have online reservations number too . I provided my usa drivers license, my insurance card , & my credit card . Guy name David told me he need my us passport to order to rent a car . Which is 2nd form of ID . Every place they take credit card or insurance card as 2nd from of ID . I ask I rented many times with Avis I never experienced this kind of issue. He to me this is their company new policy.
      Then I call customer service they told me same thing each location have their own policy. Never again. They simply dont deserve my business. Boycott Avis . I got full conversation on video you tube videos coming soon . Stay tuned
