If I could give this place zero stars I would. I help a 501(c) (3) and I had hoped that after years this place was better and to a degree it was. But this past weekend, I was caught up in incompetence and "I don't care" with this FedEx. The charitable organization had been going to this place for collateral (programs and flyers for their events for a little over 3 months now) and everything was fine. If something was wrong they'd fix until this weekend. FedEX print website was acting wonky. So I called customer service which was absolutely of no use. I called the print shop and spoke with a guy who was clueless. I went back to the website and finally got in. So the pdf for the event program went through and I paid for it.
I called this FedEx and asked the woman did they get the pdf for the program, she said she was working on it and it would be find to pick-up on Sunday at noon.
I went in there to pick it up Sunday and instead of it being 50 programs, it was 50 2-sided flyers. The pdf clearly stated program, not flyers and it was even on the receipt. Who in their right mind would look at a pdf with the order of the program and say, "Oh I'm going to print this as flyers". Common sense should have told them that maybe they should have called to double-check. But no, they just printed them out as flyers. I was furious. And the assistant manager (name begins with a Y) was condescending and really didn't care one bit because first she said it wasn't their fault because the order was online. Then I said what in their mind would tell someone to print out a series of 2-sided flyers when it clearly says program. Then another "It's not our fault". I asked why can't you print these over, she said we can but you'll need to pay another $148 for it. I asked her can't you even staple them? She said, I'd need to pay for that too. She didn't budge and simply wanted to take no responsibility for the screw-up and went on about her business with a smug attitude.
This is truly the last time that I and this 501(c) (3) will bring our business to this place. It is a 30+ year charitable organization that helps underserved kids and has a 100% graduation rate. This event was to raise money for the organization and they lost $148 because of this screw-up by Fed-Ex. There's was no respect or decency with this entire encounter and not another dime will this FedEx get from us, and I told my family and friends what happened and they're done with this place too.

I went to this FedEx yesterday because I was on my way to a rare Sunday meeting. I made 2 copies totaling 39 cents. This morning when I was checking my account, there was a $15.00 hold put on there from them. I've used those self-serve printing machines several times and I've never had a hold put on my card. There was no sign saying those machines would do that. I called this morning and spoke to one of their employees and he first said that it was my bank. WRONG. I called the fraud department immediately because I thought someone had gotten my card number. So I told him that. Then he said there is a sign stating they put holds on your card. WRONG! Then he said it was a company-wide policy. WRONG! I filed a complaint with FedEx and the person I spoke with said no, she had never heard of any such policy. I also called another FedEx and spoke with someone and asked if their copiers were programmed to put holds on your card and he had no idea what I was talking about and said no as well. What if a person needed a copy and all they had was a few dollars on their credit or debit card? They should not now nor ever put $15.00 holds on people's cards for copies that cost a few cents. This was completely unacceptable and this practice needs to stop.

Do not go here if you expect customer service. I went in with a file I wanted printed for a friend's memorial and was told to either a - go home and submit it online or b - come back when someone who was actually printing it could take the order. I used to love Kinkos. I will NEVER go back considering they don't want my busines. zero stars would be too much for the woman who "helped" me today

I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I had a package delivered here and when I got there they gave me my package and which was clearly opened and empty. I asked them what is this and the manager came and told me it wasnt their fault they are not responsible. Excuse me? You are the only agency that got my package how is it not your fault or at least have the decency to apologize and see if theres anything you can do on your end.
DO NOT EVER SEND YOUR PACKAGES HERE! They will never take responsibility for stolen packages that arrived there nor a single ounce of empathy.

Makes me sad that so many people have nothing good to say because I honestly have no words.. If I could give them a 10 I would... I was relocating back to Atlanta out of LA and decided that I wanted to ship my things instead of using a moving company. I probably had about 21 boxes that I brought in to ship and each time Diane was there to help me. (they were all amazing to me each time) taking care of me is not even the words! She was amazing! She was there for every trip I took there (and I probably had about 3-7 boxes each time I went) and helped me with getting them into the store; measuring them; she was able to help me get some things into different boxes to save myself some money etc. On my last shipment out of LA, I was so sad to leave them because they had all been so extremely helpful through the entire process; which took me about 3 weeks to complete.
When I finally got my last box delivered to me about 6 days ago, I opened up the box to find a note from them wishing me well here in Atlanta and how proud of me Diane was and that they would miss our meetings. When I tell you I cried when I saw that little note.... If it were not for Diane and everyone at this location, I would not have been able to make it out of LA without having a breakdown lol
Thank you so much! When I'm back in LA i will be visiting! But I will say, the parking situation sucks, but it's LA-what else do you expect! Thank you guys!!!!!
