        Love the guys at this store. Alfred is the best. Ditto the friendly young guy with curly hair and tattoos. As long as I can deal with them and not the absolutely worthless automated phone system the shipping situation is all right. UPS, clone these guys and fire the executive who decided to turn the phone tree into a maze with no exit.

        The guys in store were super helpful and kind. Its not often to receive a positive customer service experience at any shipping store, but this location is the best!

        Dealt with a very unprofessional worker there today. She was unapologetic and unhelpful. I actually called UPS to complain because it was so bad. Please try to train your employees if they have never worked in customer service.

        They charge $1.50 to print a label. FedEx does not. FedEx is definitely better when it comes to customer service. Update 2024 : Its LA marathon so the WeHo branch is closed? Yeah makes sense. Posted online? Of course not.
