The guy that helped me today was so polite and helpful..It was my first time with sending my stuff to my son who is in military and he helped me alot,I'm just sad that I wasn't able to get his name but he was so nice

Kind of a weird location. A lot of homelessness right outside maybe due to the metro station there. Because of that Id imagine its difficult to work there and so I give the staff credit. The prices to send through ups are enormously high. 120 to send a very small light package next day from la to Washington dc. Two major cities in America the price thing lowered my 3/5 review down to 2/5 but because the cashier guy looked out for my bike being stolen and let me put it inside I put my rating back to 3/5 I like the guy who helped me hes funny and interesting and helpful. No bathroom small location no computers they do do notary services

This place used to be friendly and trustworthy, now they changed the crew, its not now. Two days ago, Friday, I went to store to return and trade in shipping. Two working there, the young one took my package, I told him I need few seconds to find the scan code on my phone, he couldnt wait, he asked next customer to stepped in. So I just waited. Actually I was not upset at this point. My second package required label printed . First of all, the ups responsible to print labels, thats not right to ask us pay for it. Second, 2 to 3 dollars for print a piece page, thats way too expensive. Ok here is the issue I really upset. The way he packing my box, it was way too careless and aggressive. I observed the whole process, I started to worry about the accuracy of label he printed and package safety. There was a girl before me did some girl talking, he treated her package really gentle. Anyway at end, I still said thank you very much in case he might treat my box with little care. Wont go there again, I willing to go the further ups store
