Everyone here is awesome. I was here to print my save-the-dates and I'd already had a very challenging day steeped in wedding planning issues. I had a lot of questions as I wasn't initially sure what would be the best options in terms of printing, paper, etc. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The first test sheet came out with a slight yellow hue so the girl offered to try recalibrating the machine... it only took a few minutes and it came out perfect on the second try. I had 4 cards to a sheet and needed to cut them. Turns out their paper cutter kept breaking so they just don't have one anymore. It was 10pm and I wanted to have these in the mail the next morning so I this was potentially a huge road block. But then the guy told me there was another FedEx less than 5 minutes away with two paper cutters. He told me exactly where to go and the paper cutter there worked wonderfully. Awesome staff, great customer service.
