        I called them, for information since the texted me stating my package has arrived. They didn't answer until the 5th time. Asked me with attitude what they are able to help. When I asked regarding my package, I apparently have. They said "well you got to come in for that" then hung up.

        I RARELY EVER leave negative reviews BUT...The young younger guy who works there with his hair pulled up in some type of pony tail was just so incredibly rude to me making me feel awful because I didn't see on my Amazon QR code that it asked me to package it up for my return. He asked me to pull out my phone to belittle me so he could show me how I missed that detail...he literally tuned around, grabbed an Amazon slip package and said, "I guess I'll take care of it for you." Seems like he hates his life and job but that's literally not any customer's problem. That seems like an issue for him and for the customer service experience at this UPS Larchmont location. This is the second time he's been rude to me.
