The best FedEx in North County! Seriously, I drive 2x as far as my closest location now just because of how helpful & awesome they are here. The employees & managers are so helpful & always have a smile on their face. Kevin is the best! He always goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service!! Thank you guys!

STAY AWAY!! Don't mistake FedEx Office for FedEx...two different worlds. While the rest of the FedEx universe accepts all packages, FedEx Office will evaluate packaging and refuse to accept your boxes unless you purchase their EXPENSIVE boxes and service. Using boxes I have used (and have been accepted by all other FedEx locations) for literally hundreds of shipments, FedEx Office refused them. Wouldn't allow FedEx to pick them up. Then were crazy rude. Lied. Obviously, the workers are stuck with FedEx Office policies...give rote answers. But, lies. "We are liable for your boxing if there is damage." Huh? Stay away.

I needed to return some items I had ordered incorrectly. When I walked in there were quite a few people in line already. I thought I was in for a wait, but the staff took care of everyone very fast and effeciently. I was helped by two freindly ladies who made everything very easy. Great store. When using Fed Ex this is the store to go to.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful counter staff. Would highly recommend management intervention and training.
1/22/24 update: packaged arrived 8 days after guaranteed shipping delivery. Total of 12 days in transit.
