Passive aggressive management. Instead of helping me with my order there was complaining, charging more for no reason, taking much more time than necessary, if you hate your job find another one. People are treated like brainless cattle here.

Amazing customer service!! Ive only been twice and only in the last week or so and I received truly incredible service- so helpful, so friendly, so generous. And I overheard great service for other people too while I was there. Not going any where else

Giselle is a super star!! She was so helpful and it was SO clear that she knew how to help in every and any way possible and knew every solution FedEx has to offer. She helped me with printing services in store all while being able to multi-task without faltering or seeming stressed or bothered in any way. I always come to this specific location because the service is above and beyond. By far the best location I have ever been to.

Sent a package here with insurance. Recipient received the package with the contents missing. Ive tried contacting FedEx multiple times for a refund but they havent gotten back to me. Would not recommend shipping a package here.
