Went there today 6/17, but a sign posted said it's close and refer to the Laguna Woods branch. A real bummer just drove from Laguna Woods, but opt to come to this location instead since I have been coming here forever.

I have a good experience with Wells fargo but today was a Horrible service KEVIN was unprofessional and rude to me all the girls who work there very kind but this men terrible

I have an account with different bank. The reason I stopped at the Wells Fargo bank was to cash a check written on this bank. It was from a different branch of Wells Fargo though. At first the teller asked if I had an account at that bank, I said no. Then they told me I would have to go to the branch where the check was written. I asked to take to the manager and he went ahead and cashed the check

So my fiance has complained about them. I asked her to get me a direct deposit slip for my work. We have a joint account. But they told her that I had to come in. It's the same routing number if she did it. But I digress. I go in today to open a business account and we had the opportunity to have the same person who told her that I needed to be there. So she asks for the business paperwork which I have via electronic. But she needs apparently the hard copies or the paperwork. Then I'm like that's fine and leave. I call another bank and there like that's fine or we could look it up. So apparently Wellsfargo is being lazy. All the reviews stating they have cute tellers who cares if their cute or not? If their cute idiots that does me no good.
