        Ordered a phone online. Set an appointment to pick it up at this location. Drove to the store to find its closed even though it says it's open and i have an appointment. There phone number went right to voice-mail. Wasted my time and gas. Had to call customer service and have my order canceled. Had to go to another sprint store. Had to spend hours fixing this store's mistake.
