If I could give Emily 10 stars I would! She spent so much time with us, and was so helpful transferring over my most important information. I am electronically challenged. I have never met such a sweet, caring, and competent employee. She's a real keeper, TMobil!!! Please keep her at the Ventura Johnson Dr. location. I am going to recommend my friends.

Visited this location twice in search of a new phone and was helped by Rafael both times.  First visit, Rafael was very helpful, informal, and not pushy when I decided to leave without getting what I originally came in for but I told him I'd be back.When I actually did come back, he remembered me and we picked up right where we left off and both kept true to our words.I left happy and satisfied with my transactions and will be back soon to switch over a family member from another phone company.Only con is the fact that they don't have any chairs/tables to sit while you wait - esp during a data transfer that can take 20+ mins.

Had my iPhone stolen. Since I'm a T-Mobile customer I went to this store and received fantastic service. Both the women who helped me were efficient and knew their stuff.I ended up with a new phone, even though I pay for phone insurance. I didn't want to wait for 5 days for the phone to come in the mail. I had an event happening soon so I really needed a phone up and running quickly.They were able to put all my information from my old phone into the new phone via iCloud. I was very impressed.My new phone looked just like my old phone with everything right back where it belonged.
