My daughter whos 15 has anxiety was treated with patience during both exam and contact training . I highly recommended this location, formerly known as eyeglass world with the same great staff . Thank you Teresa for helping Holli learn how to remove and apply contact lenses . Lastly the Optometrist, last name Everitt was great too ! Out of pocket price is reasonable .

I gave this location on pleasant grove five stars ONLY because of Greg. I was also very pleased by one other associate there who took the time to gather different pricing options. Much appreciated. If I never would have come across Greg this place would have gotten a 1 star from me, if that. First impressions are everything people, from the moment you walk in to an establishment. I ordered two pairs of glasses. The first notification I received told me my glasses were in. It was really only for one pair that arrived. I received the second notification the very next day. I could have saved a trip and picked up both pairs at the same time if someone would have done their due diligence. My experience while picking up the first pair of glasses was by a staff member who was inexperienced and took awhile to find my glasses. She didnt take the initiative to examine the glasses correctly to realize how loose they were on my face. She kept asking do they feel good, do they feel good? I felt rushed. Also, she never cleaned my glasses. They had smudges on the lenses. She just handed them to me and kept repeating the same question. I felt like saying can I put them on long enough to see how they feel and look in the mirror, SHEESH. However, my experience picking up the second pair was with Greg. He took the time to actually put my glasses on, examine them on my face, and he realized they needed to be adjusted. He also made the adjustments needed to the first pair as well. He gave me time to examine both pairs on my face and he cleaned them both as well. He even had conversation with me while all of this was going on. Very nice, knowledgeable, respectful person. So if you want good service and good conversation, you better make sure Greg is available.

This is the 2nd time we have been in to replace our 7 yr old daughters glasses. Each time we have been in they have been more than helpful to assist with fixing them. I highly suggest the protection plan. This plan has allowed us to fix her glasses at 0.00 Out of pocket cost and will continue for a whole year. We appreciate your service!!! Thank you

We were in area from east coast and thought to stop and ask for help with my sons glasses as the nose pads had fallen off. Stephanie went out of her way and took extra time and care to fix it!! I tried to pay something but she said no that she loves helping with things like this. Stephanie is an exceptional employee and represents true customer service !! Thank you Stephanie.
