        Do not recommend- I received a phone call one hour before scheduled pickup time advising me that they didn't have the size vehicle I reserved. Made no effort to help me find something else. Definitely lacking good customer service.

        HORRIBLE !!! I received a letter in the mail 2 months later a $169 repair cost for a bubble in the tire. The first car I rented the headlight was out I had to get a replacement I returned the replacement car the next day no one did a walk around she said just leave the keys. If a walk around was done at return I would have showed the pictures of the car that I took prior there were no damages. I also find it odd that you bill a whole 2 months later knowing no one keeps pictures saved. I was billed right after everything was fine then I got the letter. I reached out to customer service and nothing Im stuck with bill on something I did not do and the employees failed to do their part.
