If there is an option for negative stars I would give negative stars. 1 star is too high for this bank.
I would like to point out Stella Chong from the Fremont CA branch along with her male co-worker for refusing to service and being racist to non-English speaking Asian customers. We made not 1 but multiple appointments for a reason and was refused service multiple times due to "short staffed " while there are no other customers after us in the whole entire bank. Will never come back to this bank again

To-day,I went to union bank to take care of some business.I have had an account there for a number of years.I'm in my eighties and have some prostate problems.I requested the use of a bathroom and was refused. I was told that it was for employees only. This caused me a lot of distress and I was forced to abruptly leave before my business was complete.This was at the Milpitas branch. Are there any banks that cater to the elderly.Needless to say,my association with Union Bank is at an end.

Being a young Black male I have been treated with the upmost respect at this bank, they Even calls me by my first name when I walk in, Nikkie and staff work hard at meeting my request and displays courteousness and professionalism. Respect goes a long way

Yelp should allow ZERO or NEGATIVE rating, especially for crooked business like this!I was told by an associate that if I open a credit card and do a balance transfer, then I would get a cash reward.After 6 months waiting, I found out that I need to spend a certain amount, instead of balance transfer.This is a blatant lie to customer. Already filed a CFPB report.In the mean time, help yourself and your friends, stay away from this bank
