Be wary of using their atms. The atm withdraws toren bills and then when you go into complain (with receipt proof of withdrawal), they will claim that they cant prove you got the bill from their atms and tell you there is nothing they can do!!!

This place is so unprofessional they asked my friend why hes sending money a lot and to who its to. Asking very personal questions seems very weird to me and unprofessional!!!

Super bad customer service. My husband is a customer but I will ask him to close account. I was walking inside and asked for bill exchange for just 120 dollars to six 20 dollars but the manager stopped the teller and said you have to be a customer i brought cash for cash exchange and the teller was about to help exchange the bill. But the female manager and the other female staff stopped it asking are you an existing customer? What a manager it is? Do you think people will open account with you with your attitude?

Ive been a Fremont Bank customer for many years. The staff at this location always make sure my needs are met. Recently they helped me set up mobil banking and showed me how easy it was to use. How cool is that!

I use the branch on Decoto and Fremont Blvd. The staff handles my banking needs with ease. They also care about my safety and well being, especially evident during COVID. I have seen some customer being extremely rude to the staff yet they remain calm and respectful. While I have not needed the specific help of management I have been greeted by the branch manager on several occasions and shes always been very pleasant. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
