Horrible customer service I'm so mad I drove all the way there to cash a check that was written from a customer that banks there what kind of policy do they tell me I can't cash the check and the customer banks there what a joke sending me to another location at Newpark Mall

They need better training, I deposited a check today and they didn't know what the break down would be. They did not know what even the difference between available balance and total balance was. Took 3 people to figure it out. It's just too sad to see where we are banking at.

Citibank sucks ! I closed my CD account a couple months ago. The 1099-INT they sent me did not include the early withdrawal amount. What a mess and incompetent bank ! Can't even do proper accounting.I tried to call the number on the 1099-INT for help and the representative were horrible. Can't speak proper English and can't understand my English. His name is HAMUR (not sure if it is fake). I provided my SSN and security word and he said something like failed to verify...I tried to ask him to repeat what he said. He said he can't and won't explain to me what happened. His English was horrible. Murmuring. He talked to himself only. Don't bank with Citibank period ! Most or all their employee are low class, stupide or incompetent ! Stay away.
