New branch manager Pratap is completely incompetent.  I have stored around $100,000 here for several years.  Recently moved if but now my account balance is $7200 and they just started charging me a $18 fee.Separately, when I called to cancel the bill pay service, Pratap said he would personally handle it then passed it off to a new and  green employee named John, they just started charging $8 a month. It used to be free for years.  Pratap screwed it up and forgot to do it.  So I had two mortgage payments go through against the account on a commercial property the same month.  Then they couldn't reverse the latest bill pay charge one even though they forgot to cancel it.I'll be sure to park money fromsold properties somewhere else.This branch has gone to hell.

This bank has always helped  my family business over the past 8+ years. Raymond has always been super nice and cordial with them. It is always such a pleasure working  with them, his customer service skills are exceptional.
