Credit Monkey

I filed a police report because they defrauded me of $995. Anything over 950 is a felony) got my money back the next day. I recommend anybody having problems with credit monkey file a police report.

Credit Monkey is a joke, I was harassed, threaten, named every derogatory name for a woman, was told my information was going to be sold to the dark web, that they would call my employer and my neighbors and tell them I am a prostitute. All because I just wanted to see updates. They were so persistent on wanting their monthly payments and would lie and say great updates on your file when nothing would change! I had them for 3 months. I stopped paying the threats and harassments started. Now they are texting me asking me to take my review off of BBB and they will work on my file for free. Really after all the threats? I filed a complaint on BBB and credit monkey responded that they issued me a refund which is absolutely a lie. I messaged them and asked why are they lying to the BBB. Their response was oh we have a check ready to mail to you once you take your review off. I told them first send my refund electronically, like I paid you, they said that’s now how it works. Well review won’t come off and now I’m going to put more reviews for LYING to the BBB! I was able to get them to admit through text message that no refund was issued and it won’t be issued at all. So now I have it and I have sent it to the BBB. And I will send to where ever else I have to. This company is a scam. Please be careful and do not hire them! They are horrible people doing horrible things.

Complete scam I hired them to fix my credit for 4-5 months and I kept getting charged I asked to to cancel the plan and they didn’t they just continued to charge me after I asked to cancel he threatened that my credit files will get stuck for 7 years !! So I highly recommend NOT TO HIRE them go somewhere else where they will work on your credit fairly and not scam you out your money and keep telling you “ I need payment or credit will be stuck for 7 years “ DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY”

Jonathon Sanders from credit monkey is an absolute scam. They lie to get you to pay for a service that’s not real and threaten and harass you when You figure it out and try to cancel. They have been threatening me and leaving false comments on my socials telling me to remove my company reviews. It’s really pathetic. We have to bring this scam ring down.

I have submitted a complete with BBB. I have proof this company isn’t what they say they are. I can show work comparison to my credit. I submitted the receipts and documents to prove this company are false and those reviews are false they don’t help you they just charge you to just dispute everything on your credit. They don’t help you and they take money out of your account after you have finished your term. Then a year after not working with them they put a debt collection out and then threaten to ruin my credit if I don’t take my reviews down I have email proof. I had to go to my cell phone provider to prove I didnt Connect with their calls cause they were claiming they spoke to me. This company is a nightmare and they will harass you and try to bully you and threaten you. Honestly the work they do you can google and do yourself. I have proof of the lack of work they did. They only sent disputes. They then run your credit without your consent and then try to email and lie. This company is such a scam you can literally google all of the things they claim to provide. Please do not give them any money I paid for the top tier and I have receipts and what comes with that does reflect my profile
