        This branch used to be great . Recently they had a lot of changes. I used to work with a banker that now he is not there anymore. I went to the branch the other day and a new person jumped on me and took me to her desk. Her name is Caroline. She gave me a long lecture about her experience in banking industry and she even said she used to be a manager at chase. Anyway I asked her a simplest question about FDIC coverage and she had no idea what she was talking about. I wanted to go to the other girl who is also there for a long time she didn't LET ME and she said I have to stay at her desk and she will call an expert. I asked the other girl to help me and it was so obvious that she was scared to get involved!!!!! Caroline didn't want me to talk with anyone else but her I had the worst experience of my life I will defiantly take all my money out of this bank
