I appeared at the Wilshire branch to make five wires. I didnt realize that I should have prepared my wiring instructions in a different format. The amount of effort that was put in by the crew there to assist me to make sure that the wires got out on time was amazing and commendable. A very different banking experience than what Ive been accustomed to today in the other banks I have used.
I got flustered, in the midst of things, and Mr. Gary Gonzalez was very calm and ultra professional to help me manage my frustration.
