Union Bank

Bank is horrible. Assistannt managar and the manager Sae.. are low level! Bank made a mistake, manager and A. manager are dishonest. No integrity! Beware!

Union Bank is absolutely the worst bank, hands down. I've banked with them for over twenty years, and when my car was broken into and checks stolen from my car, the thieves called me and attempted to extort $3k from me. The police told me not to give them this money. I filed a police report, which they didn't make it easy to do. I alerted the bank, closed my acct and opened a new one, the bank was aware of this attempted extortion and break in to my car, and advised me to open the new acct. The old acct could not be draw on or deposited into, and would automatically close in 90 days. They continued to draw on the acct even under the circumstances and well beyond the 90 days. The acct never closed as I was informed, When the acct became overdrawn over $10k, they removed the funds from my new acct. So not only did my car get broken into and I was victimized by thugs BUT now they allowed the fraudulent checks to pass through my acct AND MADE ME RESPONSIBLE victimizing me again. I'm closing my acct and never bank with this bank NOR SHOULD YOU!!!

I have a Union Bank credit card that I paid off in 2019. I have the actual card in hand. Last month, someone charged two items on my card. I immediately called Union Bank and they said they sent it to the fraud department for resolution and closed my account. This month, I still had the original two fraudulent charges and fees and interest. I called them again and they are so sorry they dropped the ball. I told them I am worried this will negatively impact my credit rating and they told me I can either take the hit or make a payment, even though this issue was from them messing up. Horrible company to work with and very noncustomer focused!!!

This is one of the bests branches of Union Bank I've been. And Shila Sedighian is the BEST banker and the most trustable I've ever workedwith. Thank you Shila.

WORST BANK EVER. Made a CASH deposit LAST week and it's STILL PENDING. Are u kidding me???? And you call the branch and they won't even let you hold, but says they'll call you back. Do NOT bank here!!!
