Customer service at this location
As a Chase customer for many years. Chase has been very organized and convenient. Tellers have always been professional. The teller who handed the singles laid it on the slot very disorganized. I said, "Thanks" she said "bye" I did not appreciate her laying the singles very untidy like she did not want to lay it straight for me and inconvenient me to reach in the slot.
She looked in her 30s, dark hair curly hair in ponytail, a bit heavy set, and was wearing a white fitted long sleeve knit top. She was the teller last to left. I did not get her name due to a minimal request.
Is this the approach to all of your customers?
ATM: LIMITED
PARKING: GOOD
TELLERS: NEEDS improvements. Not friendly.

They wont answer their phone or provide you with relevant information. Their savings account is horrible as well.

I went to this branch for sending international wire and also withdrawing cash. I arrived slightly earlier than the opening hours and my appointment time. The bank manager was very polite and nice to let me in and the banker Nadia was very nice to help me with wires earlier than the scheduled appointment time. This is one of the best Chase branch that I have been to. Very warm and pleasant experience. Thanks to them.

Made and appointment here with a banker TWO weeks ago. We both work a lot and took time off for this appointment. Show up to the appointment and the staff tell us our banker is out all week because hes sick. Mind you its Friday morning so its already the end of the week. We told the woman we both took time off work for this appointment and we both work 5-6 days a week ALL during their open hours so its VERY VERY hard to reschedule.
We asked, if hes been out all week, why didnt anyone call us yesterday to cancel our appointment? Apparently, according to her, they cant see future appointments until the morning of when they open. Ridiculous information that I do not believe at all. There is no establishment out there that MAKES APPOINTMENTS weeks in advance but cant see them??? Until the morning of?? I dont believe it for a second. Ive worked many jobs in my life and we can all see future appointments. They did not care to accommodate us at all and just said sorry youll need to reschedule. We dont have any bankers. So unprofessional. What a waste of time. Please be considerate of other peoples time!!!!
