I call for an appointment, and it is 2 1\2 or 3 1\2 months down the road. When I go in, they always ask if I went to Urgent Care or the ER, as though that is where i should get my care. The support staff does all the work and the doctor comes in as though conducting an interview. Sorry, I'm fed up with this lack of care.

I have been going to this dr for 4 years now and things were good before and now this I have scheduled an amount a eeek ago and it was set than they call me and tell me that they need to cancel my appointment after I told them my disruption And Ty hey had scheduled me so I spend a week trying to get an appoint in and they tell me that there is one spot on Monday mm it its in surprise so me living in Phoenix near Scottsdale I drive all the way to surprise for the Appointment she scheduled me for and they send me all over the place and the 3 stop the lady tells me its not even the appointment I was told and airfield so it drove 41 miles all the way over here I am so furious right now and Im bc of this I give this place one star terrible miscommunication and customer service I will nag and push until I am convinced for the miles and gas I spent driving here and my time.

Love when Dr. Edmounds is here . Charleen on the other hand is beyond rude. The visit was beyond useless.

The amount of disrespect I received yesterday from Dr Maiden- Hope was unbelievable! I have never in my life felt so disrespected! Not only was I made to feel unwelcomed but , I was also made to feel like I am a horrible mom ! There are plenty of records at PHX Childrens Hospital and Adalante that prove otherwise. My regular pediatrician of my children knows Im always on top of everything that happens with my children that I love deeply.
The only reason why I saw a different Dr is because my regular Dr was booked , which I love and feel confident with and respected by. Dr Maiden-Hope said if it was my daughter. She does not know the history of my children. I cried the whole way to Phoenix Childrens Hospital. I will no longer be returning back to that location.
