Answer to your answer. Your medical assistant was unwilling to look in the medical records that you got from my original pcp who diagnosed me with COPD. it took me a while to get in to see him, but I saw him monday. Today a manual wheelchair was delivered while I'm approved for a power wheelchair. I also have a home nurse scheduled to come in and help me as well as physical therapy. All I am saying is that I was under the care of my neighborhood primary care for a year or more and none of that help was offered to me that I'm getting after seeing a real doctor one time. They may help someone, but my neighborhood primary care did not help me much. So I got a real doctor! i needed a PCP, and i was fooled by their ad. The provider told me she obtained my records from my doctor before. She has my medical records. Im trying to get a mobility scooter and i needed help from a doctor. She was totally unwilling to send my diagnosis to the scooter company. I called her medical assistant, and she was no help. She told me that i cant just say that i have COPD, i need tests abd a sleep study. I dont know who has a problem with me and why. Maybe the doctor doesnt like me cuz im mexican. Maybe the medical assistant doesnt like me cuz im fat. Maybe they both dont like me cuz im a man. But the doctor was unwilling to read my past medical records and do what i needed. I got a new PCP, and he is willing to read my past medical records and let the scooter conpany know that i have been diagnosed with COPD. IN MY OPINION THIS OFFICE IS NOT A GOOD OFFICE. My advice is to stay far away from these people!!!

I love my primary care! It might be TMI, but I just had my Well Woman Exam (as I believe EVERY woman should) and I had such a great experience, I had to felt compelled to share. Healthcare needs more of these personable, neighborhood doctors that really care.

I’ve been a patient for almost 5 years now. I had a serious issue, which prompted my first visit. It was handled with care, concern and urgency. That experience led to me keeping them as my primary care provider. I’ve had a number of checkups and referrals since, and I’ve always been happy.

Not a good place since the Russian doctor left. The nurse had me do a MRI for no reason.
