Wow, great service at the minute clinic today. The lady was just fantasticly positive and courteous.

Horrible location. It use to be decent but now its gotten awful, mostly in the pharmacy. Waited on and off today for about an hour & 45 minutes (once for 48 minutes) just to try to get through to the pharmacy with no luck. Called the front of the store & their answer is; it just looks busy back there & their trying their hardest. Its terrible you cant get through to the Pharmacy, wait time use to be like 15 (ish) minutes now over 45 minutes with still no one picking up. Not to mention no one ever looks like they want to be working there. Side issue: if you ever want to partake in any sort of BOGO deal, this is the wrong store to go to, they never ever have a second item in the BOGO. Almost seems intentional the amount of times this has happened. Not to mention the prices are outrageous compared to other stores for general items. Ive been with CVS for at least 18 years and never has it been this bad. I will be moving Pharmacies.

If half a star is an option, I'll probably give it. There is always a wait when you go to pick up medication, even if you receive a text message saying it is ready. The staff is so friendly that they will keep noticing people in line to pick up and cars outside for drive through and will happily ignore you for 30 minutes. This is the experience, despite being a caremark member. This team should be extremely proud of themselves for being slower than humans in the 1600s in the age of Chatgpt.

Unfortunately my new insurance is only contracted with CVS. After trying to get a hold of them for over an hour, on hold and getting disconnected multiple times I paid cash at Walgreens where I got helped right away.

The pharmacy is now taking over 45 min to get help. I had to leave 3 times already. I kept getting a message that my medicine was ready over a week ago, today I waited over 45 min and they said the medicine is still not ready. Wish I could give 0 stars. Dont come here!
