AI robot only gives answers for covid. You can not get a human at the store to ask simple questions to save time. Fix it please. Get a human to pick up and say hello and answer simple questions.

Do not pick up your prescription at this place! The store section is fine if you apply coupons. However, the pharmacy is terrible. I let them know that I need to know the price before picking up. But the person intentionally scanned the bag before telling me a very expensive price ($100+ after insurance) and told me this could not be canceled now. Very poor service!!! You sell your drugs at a much higher price than the other pharmacy, and try to get money from patients using this kind of technique. Very disappointed in general.

I was shopping and I over heard this lady older lady she works there and she was talking to an employee. As they were walking back from the back of the store. She said that all the collage kids are all spoiled and they get everything they want. Then she proceeded to say they are probably depressed and unhappy and would most likely commit suicide. That lady is always there and is so rude. She said her comments loudly and I dont think it was appropriate. Dont recommend.

My partner is a disabled 48 year old native American and has been accosted 2 times (on separate occasions) by employees of this CVS. Both times he was there to purchase medical supplies and each time was accused of stealing. Which of course he wasnt. They are racially profiling people and assuming without any proof. They are literally accosting regular customers! My partner was calm and respectful the entire time , telling them he had done nothing wrong while he even offered to let them see what was in his pockets and they refused his offer and continued to tell him to leave the store, even adding that he needed to Go to church. There were multiple different white employees who participated in this harmful act of racism & ableism. Who knows how many people this has happened to, simply because they look different than their normal university customers. This is absolutely wrong and a terrible practice - get PROOF before accusing people!!
