Desert Financial Credit Union

Despite the parking/traffic being a nightmare, I love the people at this branch. The Missouri location is no comparison, or I would go there. They put holds on checks, won't let you cash checks on another account with them, if you have a balance on your privledge account that is in good standing but has a balance that is negative. It sounds like I will be going way out of my way to find a new location. Not happy over this news! Where are these employees going? Perhaps I can go to that location!!

Every single girl I've interacted with at the front desk never says anything to you, they expect you to read their minds, they don't explain what's going on or what they need from you, I looked up and she's just staring at me. They have 0 manners and have never been helpful. If my auto loan wasn't through desert financial I would literally never come back.

I really like being part of this bank (credit union), specially this location. Migsie One of the Tellers if im not mistaken has always been very helpful to me and my family, has always taken good care of us with any questions or doubts we have. Always welcomes everyone with a great smile. And she always shreds my receipts . Thank you
