these people dont know how to do their job they had me waiting for more than an hour to tell me that if i want to open an account with them that i need an appointment when i specifically said i wanted to open an account with them. dont you think you would have asked first if i had an appointment and at what time so they could attend me. but no i wasted my time here and i had asked to get out early of my job just to do this.

Do not under any circumstance use this location. ATM did not dispense cash. Teller inside said the money would be back in account in a couple hours. After 3 days of the money not coming back to account I filed a claim. My account is now frozen for fraud. I would avoid BofA all together if you can. But if you cant, DO NOT use this location.

Please fix ATM.
I have been banking with BoA for 2 months only and am veey disappointed. ATM deposits have issue all the time posting correct amount or availability and these are cash deposit. I have had issue 3+ times already and cant even dipute transaction until its posted and that takes a long time as well. Very disappointed and hope my money gets posted. Recepit printed wrong amount posted. Having to wait 90min doesnt help at all.
