MIDFIRST BANK

Worst bank ever they had me coming from Tempe because I wanted to print the card at the same day because Im traveling and I dont have card . I called before I come They told me to come here and print it I came all the way from Tempe just to tell me machine is broken?!!! Like why didnt you say from the beginning I asked you i called just for this ??!? I opened my account today and Im going to close it today because if the way you treat your customers. Third branch I went to today and they all didnt help they just send you from branch to another send me from branch to another just for nothing.

Excellent bank, no Atms fees, under $250.00 checking account, they keep track of every dollar to penny, no wait lines, Management tellers are wonderful Thankyou all D. Vanmeter

Absolutely false from the beginning. I was lied to about obtaining my card, when I opened the account. My information was listed as the bank address, by the people who set up my account. The address was not corrected. I couldn't use the card and it took multiple visits and calls, before they found the address error, listing their branch, not my home zip code. When I attempted to cash a check- they offered me 10% of the amount. I was expected to deposit the check & wait until next week to access the money. I do not recommend midfirst bank: at all. PLS offers vastly superior service and options. Midfirst bank offers stress and poor service, with limited access to your funds. Don't Trust MidFirst Bank.
