I originally thought bad about this place. Then the new owners came in and things started to look lively around here, but if you have an issue office does nothing to help, and requested aren't filled in a timely manner and you have to keep calling back to have anything done. No communication at all.

These apartments aren't all that old school kitchen & bathroom they want 1,100-1,200 In rent they will increase then decrease the rent take every dime out of you in the middle of a pandemic! Anita is sneaky /Rude! I do not trust her! And my neighbor's said the same thing! The sewer's are always backed up! Parking lot flooded car's breaking down toilet get backed up! Laundry room machines needs replacing. However the new owners is a very smart lady and take cares of maintenance and concerns she better then the old one...
