The Trend at 51 Apartment Homes

Ive lived at the trend for over 5 years, I really enjoyed living here, the only reason Im leaving is because I need a bigger place. Over the past 5 years Ive only had one complaint, the walls are very thin. I hear my neighbors every morning the wake up, sneeze, play music, anything. So either hope you have very quiet neighbors (above you and next to your unit) or else youre going to have a bad time. Ive had great neighbors and very noisy ones, its a 50/50 chance once leases end. Amenities are great, pool use to be heated but 4 years ago they stopped doing that because it was too expensive and no one used it. Hardly anyone uses the upstairs amenities so its easy and fun to host people at the pool or clubhouse. The property is clean and safe, Ive never had trouble with bugs, maintenance, or the front office. Everyone keeps to themselves so theres really no apartment life outside of yoga and virtual bingo etc. All in all, Id do it all over again, but Id definitely choose a unit that doesnt share walls with anyone else and that is on the top floor.

Just moved out after a great year here. Top tier amenities and great, consistent staff. Overall good build quality, but you can hear your neighbors if theyre loud, as others have noted. This is the same at most apartments. Most floorplans have a big island with a big sink, floor-to-ceiling windows, big balcony, big bathroom, etc. Its a very solid apartment for the price and location. Josh is great. Maintenance team is great. Cleaning crew is great.

Ellie and the team here at trend are phenomenal. I couldn't ask for a nicer, more warm welcome to Trend! Customer service and dedication is a lost art lately, but Ellie knocked it out of the park!
