The Cortland Biltmore Place team has been so responsive, very helpful, and genuinely amazing people! They always have a smile on their face! The location has been amazing to live in as well. Amenities are always clean too which is a must!

This place is hell! I would not waist my time, once if the maintenance techs is an active drug attic and the maintenance manager is very much aware. I feel so unsafe I cant wait for my lease to expire

Im a current resident of nearly 2 years and the experience has mostly been a 4 star experience up until recently. The maintenance people are great but front office is hit or miss depending on who is available. Recently, a new neighbor moved in above us and they are consistently loud throughout the day; often including some times outside of quiet hours. Imagine someone doing workout drills running back and forth above your head multiple times a day, kids stomping and playing fetch with their dog barking inside of the apartmentI emailed the front office about it weeks ago and they ignored my email I sent to Biltmoreplace@Cortland. I also copied the manager Joel and no one responded to my email. Extremely unprofessional. I went to complain in person and the guy said thats what you signed up for, this is multi family living. NO, this is not what I signed up for, Ive been living in apartments for over a decade and have never dealt with this level of loud. He said hed try to talk to them. Noise has remained and now we are paying 2 months rent to break the lease for what has changed from a home to a miserable, uninhabitable unit. Look somewhere else if youre looking for a welcoming home. - PS if you see a response to this from Biltmore Place saying we should email them @BiltmorePlace@Cortland to fix the issue, know that they havent read my review or havent fixed the issue, and its just optics to make it look like they care. Cortland, If you are reading this, respond to my email dated 2/29 about #3033 and Ill know you actually mean to work things out. *****UPDATE 3/25. The director of operations, Arnold, reached out to me to apologize, but it was too late as I have already made preparations to move to another place - better late than never. I was offered $150 credit to put towards the $4000+ that I'm paying to break my lease due to the upstairs noise. The level of noise upstairs has not changed since our discussion last week. This is by no means your standard level of noise. Still very upset at how much this has cost me but I'll be glad to be out of here soon and gain some peace back.

We had the pleasure of touring on 3/1/24 and Jasmine Thompson was extremely thorough with explanations and provided all of the information we requested. We were very happy to work with her and we are looking forward to continuing to work with her as we prepare our next steps with Cortland. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind to us.
