Employees were very helpful. Fixed both phones in a timely manner. Bad news was that all tech support stores are being closed. Which is ridiculous having to wait to receive a temp phone while you mail in a phone to be fixed then wait for return. Then return the temp phone. That's putting more people out ot work onto unemployment. Saves the company lots of money that should reduce cell phone bills, right??

I have been having problems for several months. Honda Sprint T-Mobile merger. It is a total disaster. Spoke to a manager at a corporate store, he said there was nothing that could be done to save my Sprint account which is at a very low rate started in 2017. Only options are to raise price purchase a new phone through T-Mobile. I as a customer did not leave Sprint,/ Sprint left me behind. I lived up to my end of the agreement. What I have received so far is poor customer service individuals that don't really speak English. Had no real resolve for my problems. For me it is just a cash crab. A hostile takeover of Sprint customers coupled with a pirate type of actions to close lower revenue producing accounts. Totally unethical, I would file a bad face lawsuit but I would never win. But I sure wish someone would. Thanks for reading. Bob D

At first I hated to go here because we had a bad experience here before BUT, we talked to an agent here name BRIAN who helped us with so much patients and knowledge that I had to bow and retrain my thought of this place. So thank you sir for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BRIAN YOU DESERVE A RAISED
