image I've been at this location TWICE. I usually hear about cox stores and hear the horrors, especially if you've ever had to CALL the Cox help holiness? Terrible. But BOTH times I've come here, I've been helped immediately, and my problems have been fixed wither same day or get appointments within a couple days for the help needed. Idc what anybody says, this spot has staff that cares and a knowledgeable staff at that.

image Absolute worst customer service. The store doesn't ever answer their phones I've called numerous times, left voicemails, and never receive a call back. After moving and transferring services, Javier gave me the wrong information & instructed us to leave our old modem in the old house and that we DID NOT need to return it. Didnt sound right but he was the representative so we followed his instructions. Cox is now charging us $240 for said un returned equipment. We no longer have access to the old house (go figure after moving) I've called in to customer service multiple times now and keep getting put on long holds just to have the line eventually disconnect & to never receive a call back. I've explained the representative gave us the wrong information and Cox is still forcing a $240 charge on us because of THEIR employees mistake. Every representative I have spoken to all admit this is wrong and that the cox employee messed up and is the root cause of this issue. Yet we're still being forced to pay a ridiculous charge for THEIR mistake. I used to praise this company highly and I can say I no longer do. I've never had an issue until now but the way this has been handled and the time, energy & effort I've had to put into getting this resolved surpasses this ridiculous $240 charge already.
