T-Mobile was not interested in keeping me as a customer, I got a much better deal with another carrier. Sad, because I would have liked to stay with T-mobile.

Mega shout out to Luis, who has helped me with issues on my account that had been plaguing my account for over a year. Prior to his help, I had spoken to multiple employees over the phone and in multiple stores, and things were never truly fixed. I also received help from him with a new phone. I can not thank this dude enough and wanted to mention him hoping that the higher-ups see this. He needs to be applauded and credited for his work. I worked for T-Mobile a long time ago, and I just want to say he is a shining example of what the T-Mobile culture is all about. If Sue Nokes were still running the company, she would be so proud of Luis as an example of T-Mobile greatness.
