Steer clear of this place.This place has left a bad taste in my mouth.they added extra lines on my account the first time the second time I found out they never added insurance or gave me the option so Im out 1000$ on a new phone.

The manager coached her employee to do everything but assist me. The experience was the opposite of customer service. I went in at 10:07am explained my situation for The 20th time this week. The high school kid was helpful initially. After taking the phone I was buying in the back for 27 minutes and telling me he was getting the phone ready, he came out empty handed. He was told by the manager not to sell because I was going to return it. What?! I then called the manager, who never identified herself, to the front. She said if your going to get a phone from customer care, we won't sell this one. Complete BS. I purchased the phone at 11:10. The only part that was efficient was paying. That part took seconds. To many details to list but I told the manager I would be back. Of course she went home early when I came back later that day.

Its second time going to this store and they dont solve my issue, 11/07/2022 I entered this location, the employee made a mistake that costs me pay $100.
luckily customer service always clean their mess.
Store manager Brian is rude,cant convince or willing to give you a reasonable response, he try to force his own words regardless of whats the T-Mobile policy says or review it, they dont even deserve 1 Star
