I had my ring inspected every 6mo for the past 6 years (or pretty dang close) and never had an issue. I last had it inspected 10mo ago. In that time I had a baby, and life took over. I looked down this week end my center diamond is gone. Not only will I NEVER get this stone back that has so much sentimental value, but the store is not willing TO DO ANYTHING to help me. We have bought not only our engagement ring, but wedding bands and other pieces. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend them. We first went because of the amazing service they were said to have. We all now know this is a complete lie. Im so disappointed.

Their inventory isn't the size as other stores because of being a boutique; however, their service is great and they can order anything in that you want. I experienced their staff as very helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly. However they failed to inform me of the $25 charge for replacing a watch battery before service. I prefer honest upfront businesses that quote first.
