This jewlery store is a bit high end and pricey but they've got beautiful merchandise and they cater to your every want and need. Like I said as long as you've got the money It's worth it

This place BLOWS! I mean no body wants to help you and Ive gone in twice this week to get my watch sized and apparently they only have ONE person in the whole place with a staff of 9 people that know how to size a damn watch and shes there every day but Thursday and Sunday incase anyones wondering and also if theyre doing a diamond display it will apparently take an hour and a half to do so god for bid you need any watch service the only person that knows how to size a watch is also the presenter of the diamonds so shes never around So unbelievable. Save your patients and time and dont go here!! Such a joke have never met more unhelpful people in my life.

Absolute worst customer service. They damaged my brand new watch bracelet and refused to replace.
I went in for a simple watch bracelet swap. Not only did I have to talk my way into the store because they were screening customers to make sure they are "legitimate," for security reasons, I was also questioned about how I had acquired such a nice watch. The older woman who answered the door kept telling me they wouldn't help with my Tag watch. Jared is the only authorized dealer in town.
A gentleman stepped in to help, must have been the exacerbated look on my face. He took care of the work order with no problem. I asked them to include my wrist measurement. The same lady who didn't want to let me into the store took the measurement and assured me it was standard.
I pick up the watch a couple of weeks later, it doesn't fit and the leather band has been damaged, because my wrist size was not included. They say they are going to order a new band. Ok...
Two weeks later still nothing. I call them, still no band. I say fine, I'd like to upgrade to a metal bracelet so this doesn't happen again. Guy says he'll call back with pricing. Cool.
Next day I get a call from a different hostile lady, "The Manager." She said because I didn't purchase my band from Tag, (the one they damaged which absolutely was purchased directly from Tag), they will not credit me the difference. What?!?!? Who asked for a credit?
1, The band came from LVMH parts... That's the parent company of Tag. The receipt, which I still have, says Tag Heuer on it... but she never asked.
2, What does the providence of the band I purchased, which they damaged, have to do with the replacement Jared is providing? It's the same exact band.
3, At no point did I insist on credit for the leather band. She never asked, just assumed and was ready to go to war over a credit no one asked for. So bizarre!
4, Had she just said they would provide a replacement leather band AND would also order the metal bracelet for me, that would have been great. I would have paid for the metal bracelet, no problem. This lady was determined to have an argument. An argument by herself since I did not engage.
Lesson learned, never ever shop at Jared!
****Update: Jared will not release the replacement watch band until I sign a nondisclosure agreement about the entire incident. Wow! Not happening. I'll happily eat the cost of the band and continue to share my experience.
