I went into Jareds today to get my ring resized. This lady named Lori helped me and she was pretty rude and told me that they couldnt help me unless I had the receipt and then went on and told me she couldnt help me regardless because the ring wasnt bought from Jareds it was bought from Kays and I said okay and on the way out she said my ring was beautiful though but it seemed sarcastic. I called Kays and they said Jared can definitely help me because theyre the same company and gave me the receipt information. I went back into Jareds and told the lady what Kay said she said hold on let me get my manager. Her manager came over and told her she can help me and it was easy information to find in the system. She was rude the entire time and seemed annoyed about doing her job then told me it would take 3 weeks to get my ring resized. 3 weeks seemed an awfully long time when I read reviews online saying Jared only took about 4 days. Luckily my fianc called back and confirmed and this sweet lady Amanda said sorry about the awful experience and now I get to pick my ring up tomorrow.

We have shopped at Jared before and the over all experience was real nice. And this time was just like before. From greeting us to the end was very nice. Thanks again
