      image Had the good luck of having Brian as our customer service representative. We're not really jewelry people so stores like Jared's are a little intimidating to us. My wife needed her wedding ring enlarged. The technician on site took care of it while we were waiting. Had my ring polished complimentary. My wife's ring was enlarged and polished in a matter of 10 minutes. Great experience, really recommend this store.

      image Came in to find a wedding band after purchasing an engagement ring from the Broadway Jared, and I'm a floored at the difference in service! Perry immediately let us in and got us right down to the search. Secured a great deal on the band we like but needed in a different setting material and got us the perfect one ordered from the manufacturer. Perry said he'd let us know when the ordered one was in so we could swap them out. Great experience, thorough, efficient, and quick!
