        Extremely disappointed with their service. On Friday I was promised a 25% discount in-store on Monday. I made all my plans based on this, with a time sensitive date on the horizon (anniversary), and am now told that they do not have that special in-store, refuse to honor the promise that was made, and are not in any way caring for me the customer. If Swarovski is what you want, deal with them online, and ignore the store. Not worth the service they provide.
