        Returned item a year ago at this location and still being charged promotional plans for these items. I will never shop with kay jewelers again. Do not shop with them! They refuse to take these charges off my account. They were returned brand new never used and am still being charged for them. I've called numerous times talked to supervisors and they tell me there is nothing they can do for me
