Budget Car Rental

rental was quick at both pick up and drop off. the agents were friendly and personable. the car was clean and roomier than i expected. will rent again from Budget.

Excellent service by Taylor! We called the Flagstaff Airport location, because we were desperately in need of replacing our rental car in which we were having trouble. We were also stuck on the side of the road during a snow storm. Taylor was friendly and advised us to go to this location, as she will try her best to accommodate us. When we arrived, the rental car was all ready for us. We were also served by James in an excellent and professional manner.

Was charged $3000 for renting for 3 weeks Budget Corporate was charging me and the locally-owned rental was also charging me so I was double charged and now no one wants to make corrections and reimburse me for the over charged payments.

They will let you reserve a car for 3 pm on a Saturday. Unfortunately, they close at 3 pm and can not process your rental at 3 pm the quality is in the name. .
