Worst experience ever! They werent ready for us even after they promised us a vehicle ??? Then we upgraded and that was exorbitant we deserve a refund for all the hassle, the poor service, lack of staff? and keeping a retired military couple who are 71 years old standing for over 4+hours !!! Ridiculous and stupid! Shame on you! Do better or close your doors

I will never rent a car from Budget again! It was the first and last time. I made a reservation and paid-up front 6 months in advance. Arrived at Budget to get the car to wait in line for an hour. Once we got to the counter; we were given a "free" upgrade for our patience. We never asked for an upgrade! Then they charged me an extra $294.00 on my card just for the upgrade. After multiple calls to customer service, they agreed to give me $250 dollars back. Thats was 2 weeks ago. They told me it would be 3-5 days to receive my refund and here we are with no refund and when I called customer service the girl was rude and told me they couldn't do anything but escalate it to the department again.

The staff at the counter were very friendly, polite and helpful. The man in the garage, Richard, on the other hand was the most arrogant, rude man I have ever dealt with. He is the reason why I will never rent from budget again!!
