Had my car over a month. Since ive had to take my car back on numerous occasions to still not have the work done properly. The tint was done well as was the ppf. The chrome delete, wraps on side mirrors, door handles and tail lights not so much.

Magna Detailing hands down is the best car washing and detail company in the whole Phoenix Area!! I have done work with them a plethora of times and each time they provide excellent service. Theres no where else Id rather take my car! I look forward to seeing more locations opening up in the future. #MAGNAFTW

These guys were awesome!!! The service from the top down was way better than expected. There was no doubt that they had a lot of pride in their product and service. I had 2 vehicles tinted and the full clear bra put on one. Can't wait to use them again! Services: Paint repair, Window tinting

Yesterday, Moses had received my request for interior detailing. And I left my car at Magna this morning for interior detail cleaning. Hes having great customer service. Thank you for that! When I went back to pick my car, Some of the spot left uncleaned in the car (such as belts, audiometer gauge areas and wheel). I immediately noticed them about the issue and I greatly appreciated how they portrayed a positive attitude to take my concerns into account. Eventually, I got my car in the afternoon and I went home. However, once I got home I realized the belts, the 2 doors handler and the back seat cup holder was not cleaned. But lets face it, we all are humans and nothing is perfect lol
Thats why I went to this new place CN mobile Auto Detailing, Mesa AZ and they corrected all the small spots which was left uncleaned with reasonable price. Im not blaming anyone at Magna. They might be short-staffed /busy or their areas of expertise is more with paint protection and Ceramic works, I guess according to most of the reviews. After all, I was not discouraged to go back to Magna Detailing. I highly recommend others to go Magna! Thank you!
