National Car Rental

Great rental experience while on vacation in Flagstaff! I stopped in 3 times (pickup, return, and once to add an additional driver) - I was in and out in under 10 minutes each visit. Mr. Valentin Guzman provided exceptional customer service; he was friendly, quick to assist with anything we needed, and provided suggestions for cool things to see in the area. The vehicle was clean and easy to find. I will be returning to National the next time I'm in Flagstaff!

Friendly, excellent service. My first car got a flat, and they had me bring it right back for another car. Everyone was accommodating and professional. It was an excellent, seamless experience I would recommend to anyone.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Outrageous hidden fees. We were told it would be $200 less than when we picked it up. When we called to ask to drop off the car 4 hours from original spot due to change in flights they charged us over double (over $500)!!!! Use this company if you want a car to cost you an arm AND a leg!!!!

Called in multiple times, repeatedly placed me on a “brief hold” only they never pick up again. This is not good customer service and there is never a good excuse to make people wait 15-30 minutes on hold. Staff better. If certain days of the week are busier, ensure you have adequate headcount to meet customer needs.
