National Car Rental

We rented a car prior to our trip to Az . Get there we didnt get the car we put down for . Gave us a Honda pilot 2021 which was fine . Good in the snow and mountains . Brake light and tires making a noise called Flagstaff and was told to go to enterprise in the area we were which was cotton wood . They had nothing available. Then was told to call the Sedona location . They dont have anything either . Called corporate all they said they were sorry . We have to wait for a car to be returned . This is a safety issue . That car should have never been rented if out and not inspected . They reined my vacation. Whats left of it . I asked for a call back from a manger and they couldnt give me a time frame when I would receive a call. Renters beware !!!!

Very Friendly and professional. Our rental was great and the return of the our rental was very easy. Flagstaff is a beautiful place and the airport was small with friendly staffing.

Friendly, excellent service. My first car got a flat, and they had me bring it right back for another car. Everyone was accommodating and professional. It was an excellent, seamless experience I would recommend to anyone.
